"I was looking for quotes and Francis reached out to me, he was very professional and explained to me all my savings that I qualified for. "Hola yo tengo 8 años en esta compañía asta la fecha nunca avía tenido la necedad de ocupar los asta que se llego el día mi troca se me descompuso en medio de la calle tengo dos bebes uno de 3 años y otro de uno y no tenia a nadien quien pudiera ayudarme a mover mi troca la calle esta muy transitada y mis hijos no tenían aire estaban expuestos al peligro llame a la asegurarse de mi coche me dijo que no avía ayuda en esos momento y si avía era una espera de 3 a 4 oras pues me tuve que mover y pedir ayuda la segunda ves le paso a mi Esposa y la ayuda de asegurarse me dijo lo mismo de 3a4 horas la espera para eso bolvi a solitar ayuda por otro lado para llevar mi troca al mecánico des pues fui a su oficina y able con una de sus asistentes que se llama irlanda tapia ella me esplico que tenía que darles el resivo para que me pagará la a seguras si me pagaron solo uno por que el otro perdí yo el resivo pero igual como le dije a ella simpre pago mi aseguransa por full coverage y no m3 párese justo que no me ayuden cundo yo lo ocupo por eso dos estrellas"

"Moved to AZ from out of state and needed to transfer my auto policies to here. I had the misfortune of discovering this office. In the process of transferring my auto policies they completely messed up my other policies and screwed the billing up massively. This went undetected for a few months. When it was discovered they literally blamed everyone but themselves. The other agent, myself, back office billing. Any changes I've had to make they mess up. I can never get a straight answer out of them. Default answer to any question is "It just the back office, it is how it is" or "I can't get the information". I was told this when I questioned why the rate increased $20 without notice and also I asked when a declarations page would be available for the policy change. Thankfully I have found a new agent down here and am getting as far away from this office as I can."

"My son received a statement for the 1st time in the mail regarding a "Homeowners" policy that he never agreed to for $10.58/month. He called the office and was told that if he didn't agree to it that maybe I did and they would need to talk to me since I was on the policy also. I am not on the policy at all. He is an adult. My son cancelled the policy months ago due to him being notified that the license info they had on file is incorrect. He was told to simply email a copy of his license and it would be taken care of. He did as he was asked and has the emails to prove this. He found out later that the policy was cancelled and he was driving a car that was not insured. He called late on a Friday when he found out and was told it was too late to do anything about it now leaving him the option of driving without insurance or obtaining insurance elsewhere, which he did. When I called State Farm I was told my son must have agreed to the homeowners policy though no one could come up with any proof that he did so. There was nothing in writing, no notes in the computer, and no recordings. When I tried to speak I was rudely talked over and the person on the phone raised her voice. All very unprofessional practice. I was told this was a separate policy multiple times and that it would have to be treated as such. I asked to speak to the supervisor who got on the phone and was somewhat more professional but she stated it was not a separate policy that it was a bundle so Travis could get a discount. I know that if it was a bundle you wouldn't cancel half of a bundle and keep charging for the other half. Makes no sense. I feel this is a scam that State Farm is running and my purpose is to warn others about this."
